Upon careful consideration we chose SALT to assist us in reviewing our online profiles for our Michelin-starred restaurant Céleste and Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough. Gaby and Alison brought meticulous detail to our attention and liaised directly with our partners, which allowed the hotel teams to focus on strategy and customer service. Upon completion of the reviews, we implemented a number of successful actions, which have aided in driving more awareness of both offerings, as well as more diners to each outlet.Patrick Farrell | Marketing | The Lanesborough
